Bramble & Willow is a floral design studio. This page explains the information we hold, the cookies our website uses, and the choices available to you.

Essential cookies

A small number of cookies and browser storage entries are required for the website to work — remembering the items in your bag and passing your order securely to our checkout provider, Shopify. These are always active and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Analytics cookies

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used — which pages are visited, how people move between them, and where a journey such as ordering flowers is interrupted. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser and processes information including the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type.

We use this only to improve the website. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics does not load at all until you choose “Accept analytics”, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement is sent. Declining does not limit the website in any way — you can browse, enquire, order flowers and subscribe exactly as normal.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Enquiries and orders

When you send a wedding, event or general enquiry, the details you provide are stored securely so we can reply. Orders and subscriptions are processed by Shopify, which handles payment details under its own privacy terms; we never see or store your card information.
