How London events run
Most city venues allow a short build window, often in the hours before guests arrive. We agree access, rigging and clearance with the venue in advance, and work quietly around other suppliers.
Flowers are conditioned in our studio and arrive ready, so the room comes together calmly rather than in a rush.
