Olverum Firming Body Moisturiser is vegan and cruelty-free, free from artificial preservatives, fragrance and colourants, Silicone, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Sulphates, Parabens, Triclosan and animal derived ingredients.


Meadowfoam, Crambe Abyssinica and Rice extracts deeply moisturise your skin while Alaria Esculenta boosts collagen production, and Lapland grown Crowberry extract retards natural collagen degradation. Together with Papaya enzyme and natural antioxidants, Coriander and Frankincense, to promote cell renewal, skin will feel smoother and more toned.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: Take 3 x pumps, warm in your hands. Take a moment to inhale the aroma, and apply to specific part of the body you wish to massage.

1 - UPPER ARMS

Place your hand above your head, bend your elbow to touch your shoulder blade. With your other arm using your finger tips circle from the elbow to your arm pit. For a more intensive movement pinch the skin with your fingers and thumb.

2 - SHOULDERS AND DÉCOLLETÉ

With the flat of your right hand smooth across the décolleté to your armpit with a firm pressure. Glide the hand up to the shoulder and squeeze for 3 seconds. Repeat the full movement x 3. Repeat with your left hand. For a more intensive movement use your knuckles in a circle motion across the décolleté instead of the flat of the hand.

3 - STOMACH/ABDOMEN

Place one hand on top of the other and massage in small circles with your fingertips around the belly button. Always massage in a clockwise direction following the flow of your digestive system.For a intensive movement kneed with both hands in a clockwise direction.

4 - HIPS

Place you fingers tips either side of your spine on your lower back. Glide down the sides of the spine and sweep out to the hips and circles the hips x 3 repeat x3. For an intensive movement instead of circling the hips knead the hips.

5 - UPPER THIGHS

Starting at the knees, using both hands side by side. Creating a flicking motion moving up the thighs using alternate hands. This movement is a performed at a quick pace. For an intensive movement use the knuckles of both hands and pull them up the thighs towards to hips.
