Substitutions:

With changes to availability of flowers, all our online bouquets are based on colours and we cannot guarantee that they will look exactly the same as the online image on delivery.  We will do our utmost to ensure you will receive your chosen colour using a combination of fresh, beautiful flowers.

Delivery:

Our bouquets can be ordered for collection in store on Old York Road in Wandsworth, free delivery in SW18 and delivery throughout London as well as nationwide delivery.

All our bouquets will be aqua-packed and packaged in our branded flower boxes. Please ensure to remove the flowers from the aqua pack as soon as possible and place in fresh, clean water to ensure the longevity of the flowers. Flowers will thrive in cool spots away from heating and draughts – please don’t forget to change their water ever 1-2 days.

National deliveries are aqua-packed in water for safe transport & placed safely inside a large transport box to ensure that your bouquet arrives looking just as it left. Please note that national deliveries will be sent for delivery the next day if received after 12pm.
